一.让平板打印机处于最好的工作状态。

A. Let flatbed printer be in the best working status.

开关机的操作方法很简单，在开关机面板上有很多控制键，还有一个电源控制键，而电源开关并不是直接与外电源相通，而是有自己独特的相关控制控制外电源。开关机的时候，系统会进行初始化工作。初始化工作包括：
1.打印头和打印纸张的定位和复位。
2.检测打印机面板顶盖是否关闭。
3.对墨水盒喷头冲墨盒清洗打印头。
这些系统初始化工作可以有效降低故障出现率，以及消除潜在故障隐患。
The method of operation is very simple.On the switch panel,there are a lot of control keys, among which there is a power supply control key.But the power switch is not directly connected with the external power supply, but have their own unique control of the control associated external power supply. Turn on or turn off the printer, the system will make initialization. Initialization work includes:
1. printhead and paper positioning and reset.
2. Detect if the panel of the printer cover is closed.
3. head cleaning.
This system initialization can effectively reduce failure rate to remove potential failure risks.

二、提供良好的使用环境
UV平板打印机的喷头上有很多微小的喷嘴，其孔径和微尘相当，所以打印机的使用环境一定要干净整洁，另外，灰尘也容易进入打印油墨当中，改变油墨结构，从而影响打印产品的色泽。

how to prolong life of the uv printer

    一、将UV打印机放置在水平地面上
First ,Put the uv printer on a level surface

　　由于UV打印机自身独特的工作方式，所以放置UV打印机的场地必须是平整的地面，倾斜、不平整的地面会影响打印效果，减缓喷嘴的工作速度，从而影响整体的打印速度。如果处理不当，严重者还会损坏机器内部结构。

　　尽量将UV打印机放置于平整、光滑的地面，并保持周边的卫生清洁，避免灰尘或异物扬起进入机器内部。

　　二、做好UV打印机的清洁工作

　　UV打印机外部和内部一样，都要定时进行清洁，千万不要等到积满厚厚一层灰尘，出了问题才去补救。UV打印机外部可以用打湿的软布来擦洗，清洁液体必须是水之类的中性物质，绝对不能使用含有酒精成分的清洁剂。

　　内部主要是指喷头、墨路系统等，这些部位的清洗需要用到专用的清洗剂及清洗方式，对于表面的灰尘，尽量使用干抹布。在清洗喷头等重要部位时，一定要谨遵厂家给出的指导性操作，或者请厂家的售后人员进行清洗。
Internal  refers to the print head, ink road system and so on. The cleaning of these parts need to professional cleaning liquid and cleaning way.For the dust of surface,as far as possible to use the  cloth.Please follow  guidance and operation of the manufacturer  gave, or please let after-sales personnel to clean when cleaning the important parts such as print head.

　　三、UV打印机应避免重压
Third,avoid heavy wight on top of uv flatbed printer.

　　UV打印机和其他家用电器、设备一样，应避免重压。有些客户会在UV打印机的平台上放置其它物体，这样极有可能压坏UV打印机外壳、平台等，而一些细小东西也会掉入打印机内部。饮料、茶杯属于禁放品，液体类更是严令禁止的，以防液体进入机器内部造成不可挽回的损失。
UV printers should be avoid heavy wight on top like other household electrical appliances, equipment.Some clients will place other objects on the UV printer platform, it can be  crush the UV printer shells, platform, etc., and some small things will fall into the printer.Soft drinks, tea cups belong to the banned, liquid class is strictly prohibited , in case of irreparable damage within the liquid into the machine.

　　四、拔电源前请关掉机器
Fourth,Please turn off the machine when you pull out the power line

　　再不使用UV打印机或需要搬动之前，要做好彻底断电工作。先关掉UV打印机电源，让喷嘴复位以及墨水盒盖上，再拔电源线和信号线。这样可以有效防止墨水挥发，在搬动时也不容易损坏喷嘴。
 Please do the work of thoroughly without electricity before do not use UV printer or need to move. Turn off the uv printer power first ,Let the nozzle reset and ink lifted the lid on,then pull out the power line and signal line. So that we can effectively prevent the ink volatilize and it is not easy to damage the nozzle in the moving .

　　在拔掉电源之前，切记要先关闭机器，这样可以有效降低机器损坏的可能性。

With a low amount of light curing on the glass printing, then let the channel which no printing curing to product, "double seal" glass printing product , or glass etching is used to replace increase tackifier or liquid draping layer, all is the way to protect the glass.

在玻璃上印刷的成功取决于优异的附着力和结合能力。在用UV-LED打印技术进行打印时，有三种技术可以用来提高附着力。

The success of printing on glass  depends on excellent adhesion and binding capacity.There are 3 ways to improve the adhesion when printing by UV-LED printing technology.

第一种方法为擦底漆。

The first way is rub primer

这种技术需要将底漆涂覆在玻璃的整个表面，最好用不起毛的布，涂底漆的表面会产生阴晦、沉闷的外观。

This technique requires that the primer coated the entire surface of the glass , preferably with a lint-free cloth , primed surface will have dark , dull appearance.

第二种是利用Maxcan F2500G打印机进行打印底漆喷。Maxcan F2500G可以精确地把底漆打印到所需要的地方，不需要其他擦拭或抛光的工序。

The second way is using Maxcan F2500G printr to print primer. Maxcan F2500G can accurately print the primer on the  where it is needed.without additional wiping or polishing step.

第三种技术为等离子体处理。首先，它要去除各种表面杂质，如灰尘或溶剂清洁剂可能留下的残留物。与此同时，它能产生一个更有利于与墨水相结合的表面。

The third way is plasma treatment. At first ,it need to clear the impurity of the interface.Such as 

dust or solvent cleaners may leave a residue.At the same time,it can generate a better interface to combine with ink.

要延长使用寿命，有几个关键的步骤要加以遵循。

There are several key step you need to follow if you want to extend the service life.

首先，建议在印刷时戴上棉手套；此外，由于制造工艺的原因，玻璃有透明的一面和“发雾的”一面，必须确保要打印在玻璃透明的一面上。

At first,recommend that wear cotton gloves when printing.Moreover,there a transparent side and foggy side due to the reason of manufacturing process.We must be sure to print on one side of the transparent glass

其他UV印刷工艺和专门的玻璃印刷工艺之间，最大区别是印刷后的烘烤过程。MAXCAN公司建议，在343℃的温度下，UV喷墨打印机将印刷好的玻璃通过传送带进入干燥箱烘烤10分钟。这种烘烤工艺能永久地把玻璃、底漆和墨水黏结在一起，产品能持久使用。

The biggest difference between other UV printing technology and professional glass printing technology is the baking process after printing. Maxcan recommends that it will be better to the glass which is printed by inkjet printer through the belt to bake oven 10 minutes 

at a temperature of 343 ℃.This baking process can permanently make glass , paint and ink stick together , the product can be long-lasting use .
