What are the precautions for the print head operation of universal printer ?

 

   UV平板打印机的使用需要培训并且规范，因为平板打印机的喷头十分容易被磨损和堵塞，因此，我们在使用的时候，尤其要注意操作和辅助零件的利用，否则一旦伤害了喷头，将造成一定的损失并且难以弥补。
The using of UV flatbed printer need to train and standard. How to solve the smell varnish generated in the process of uv printer printing

一、uv光油气味干燥固化不彻底

1.The curing and drying of UV varnish is halfway

解决办法：可降低印刷速度或增大光源功率。

Solution:  reduce the printing speed or increase the light source power

二、uv打印机紫外光源不足或灯管老化

2.The uv light source of uv printer is insufficient or lamp aging

解决办法：更换，选择合适的光源功率。目前使用的高压汞灯，平均使用寿命在1000小时左右，随着灯的使用，电极逐渐分解，灯管内壁产生沉积，其透明度和紫外光的透明率会逐渐下降，因此uv led水冷灯是比汞灯更好的，其厂家成本也比汞灯厂家的成本高，像迈创盛世实业有限公司，这就可以知道为什么它的价格比其他厂家高一些。顾客要了解这点。

Solution: Change,choose more suitable  light source. 三、uv打印机使用的光油抗氧干扰能力差

测试质量状况时，用毛刷将UV光油涂在普通白板纸或白卡纸表面，涂布厚度为0.5mm左右或稍厚一些，放在UV灯下固化。如果固化后涂层表面没有任何气泡产生，表面平滑度非常高，说明所购UV光油质量良好。
When test quality condition, the UV varnish with brush besmear in ordinary white paper or white cardboard surface, coating thickness is about 0.5 mm or slightly thicker, under UV light curing.
