1.知识力,运筹命运。
知识是成功的基础,知识是一个宽泛的概念,营销理论的知识,人生阅历的知识,产品的知识,服务的知识,公司的知识等等保罗万象的知识。作为一个销售人员,只有自己心中有想法,有理论,有概念,有方法,才能够讲给客户听,讲给团队听,才能获得别人的信服,知识的重要性不言而喻。

毛主席说,不学习就要挨打,今天是一个信息爆炸的社会,不学习,就要落后于别人,虽然每一个销售人员所在的环境不同,但无论哪一个环境都需要知识,这些知识不是先天具备的,也不是我们一劳永逸的,需要我们不断的去学习,不断的去更新,学习能力是一个销售人员成功的前提和基本条件。
