What printer do you need to print phone case?

Recently , With the mature of flatbed printers' technology , It got a great development in the market that using the flatbed printer to print personalized image.For example,Using flatbed printer to print cellphone case, is a more common case of personalized printing.

First, these software can be used. PS,AI,CDR and so on. Copy the nice image we need to make into computer. The high resolution image will be the best.

Second,There need to a model to stable when  printing  the side of phone case.

Third, Connect the computer and our printer, turn on the printer.Test whether the printer works normally.

Fourth,Put the blank phone case on the platform of printer.Adjust the hight of print head,click the printing button in the computer.

Fifth,flatbed printer use the uv ink.For maintenance,according to the manufacturer designated to do basically.Now it does not need to worry because flatbed printer is very mature.What's more, the highest resolution of flatbed printer is 2880dpi. The printing resolution is not only high,but also good effect. Print the figure image directly if you want to test it.There will need air compressor and spray gun because it needs to use coationg before printing.But these device is not expensive.RMB300 can be done,then the printing product is durable and anti-scrape.
 
Sixth, Take out the phone case and finish.  print again if you need to embossing effect.
