How to solve the smell varnish generated in the process of uv printer printing

一、uv光油气味干燥固化不彻底

1.The curing and drying of UV varnish is halfway

解决办法：可降低印刷速度或增大光源功率。

Solution:  reduce the printing speed or increase the light source power

二、uv打印机紫外光源不足或灯管老化

2.The uv light source of uv printer is insufficient or lamp aging

解决办法：更换，选择合适的光源功率。目前使用的高压汞灯，平均使用寿命在1000小时左右，随着灯的使用，电极逐渐分解，灯管内壁产生沉积，其透明度和紫外光的透明率会逐渐下降，因此uv led水冷灯是比汞灯更好的，其厂家成本也比汞灯厂家的成本高，像迈创盛世实业有限公司，这就可以知道为什么它的价格比其他厂家高一些。顾客要了解这点。

Solution: Change,choose more suitable  light source. 三、uv打印机使用的光油抗氧干扰能力差

解决办法：加强车间通风、排气（风）系统。

Solution:Strengthen the workshop ventilation and exhaust system (wind).

四、uv打印机光油中非反应型稀释剂加入过多

4.Non-Reactive diluents add too much in the varnish of uv printer.

解决办法：必要时须更换UV光油品种。

Solution: Change the type of varnish in necessity.


UV光油是透明体，紫外光线从上层照到下层没有任何障碍。

UV varnish is a transparent body, ultraviolet light from the upper to the lower without any obstacles.

测试质量状况时，用毛刷将UV光油涂在普通白板纸或白卡纸表面，涂布厚度为0.5mm左右或稍厚一些，放在UV灯下固化。如果固化后涂层表面没有任何气泡产生，表面平滑度非常高，说明所购UV光油质量良好。
When test quality condition, the UV varnish with brush besmear in ordinary white paper or white cardboard surface, coating thickness is about 0.5 mm or slightly thicker, under UV light curing. If the cured coating surface without any air bubbles, surface smoothness is very high, it shows that the quality of purchased UV varnish is good.
