1. 注意手机壳与喷头间的距离

1. Pay attention to the distance between phone case and the print head

手机壳与喷墨头间的距离通常为2mm左右，但有时由于手机壳有弧度,容易导致手机壳与喷头间距离在喷印过程中出现变化，从而出现条码发虚、断线或刮擦蹭脏的现象。

The distance between phone case and the print head is normal about 2mm. But sometimes the phone case has  a radian，which easy to the distance between phone case and the print head change when printing.Thus there will be appeared the phenomenon ,such as barcode breezing, bolt, or scratches ceng dirty.

2. 材料变化时的参数调整

2. Parameter adjustment when the material changed

针对不同的印刷生产任务，承印物也会有相应的改变。当前后两次生产的承印物材质相差较大时，要在批量生产之前测试或根据经验判断如何调整喷印分辨率、喷头温度等技术参数以满足大批量的印刷任务。
In view of the different printing production tasks,substrates may also have corresponding change.When the two-time material  of substrates is vary widely, to test before mass production or according to the experience to determine how to adjust  printing resolution, nozzle temperature to satisfy the technical parameters to meet the large quantities of printing tasks.


3. 杜绝后空不足

二维码的后空，指二维码的最后一条黑条右边的留空，其主要作用是防止其他色块给二维码的扫描造成干扰。平时在设计与制版时， 很多操作员往往只关注黑条，在版面位置不够时随意占用二维码的后空，没有注意到二维码的后空其实也是同样重要的， 后空不足会造成二维码报废。

The back empty of QR code,which is the right blank of the last black  bar .Its main role is to prevent other color piece interference to QR code scanning. At ordinary times when designing and plate making, many operators tend to focus on black bars, position in space is not enough when random empty after occupying the QR code, they did not notice taht the QR code back empty  is also equally important, empty deficiency can cause QR code scrapped.

4. 避免条空颜色组合错误

4.Avoid empty color combination error

现行国家标准只是列出了条空的颜色组合要满足的标准规定，没有具体讲哪些是可以用的组合，哪些是不能用的组合。在实际生产中，对于较难把握的组合，我们只能老老实实地进行打样，在经过检测没问题后，才可以进行大批量生产。

 The current national standard just listed that  the color of the  empty combination need to meet the prescribed standards, not exactly which combination can be used, which combination cannot use.In actual production, for the combination of difficult to master, we can honestly make proofing, it is no problem after test, then we can mass production.

此外，二维码印刷中其他经常碰到问题还有位置错误、印刷质量过低、手机壳材料选用不当等，需要操作员特别注意。
